The Aji Network For Business Professionals

I’ve received comments from people lately about my mood and purpose. People are making the assessment that I am stronger . . . I act with more ambition. They remark that it might be because I’ve lost 25 pounds, that I’m about to get married or I started my own business.

I am feeling different about my life and my prospects for it. I’ll elaborate . . .

I do enjoy being lighter and more healthy. I eat better, run and work out regularly and have literally never felt better in my life.

I am beyond excited at marrying my new bride. She is a beautiful writer, teacher and partner. The greatest indication I have that my life is moving in a powerful direction is the fact that a woman of her quality said yes to marrying me.

I started the Vaughan Practice because the situation is ripe for small businesses to seize territory. The cost of rapidly evolving technology has never been lower. Small businesses must leverage social media, mobility, and search technology in order to compete in the global marketplace and grow their business.

These are just symptoms of a more significant change. My most important change? I have committed myself to further education. You should hear about what I’m doing.

In April of 2009, I joined a discourse for Business Professionals,The Aji Network out of Silicon Valley California. They offer a two year course as well as face to face workshops. They also offer a way to learn exclusively online.

They are selective. Those selected are taught about the concerns for business. But instead of learning only from lecture and books, as in academia, this discourse is teaching business from a completely different perspective. The majority of students are already ambitious businesspeople and owners. In addition to business, students invest their time learning about physics, biology, language, history and philosophy.

The discourse has been taught at one of the most prestigious private corporate business universities in the United States, GE’s Crotonville in New York.

I’m a little over half way done with the course and just returned from the Aji Network Conference in San Francisco. It was a three day celebration with almost 200 other business leaders. I met fellow students from Wal-mart, Sprint, GE, Google, Symantec as well as fellow entrepreneurs like myself. What I found most valuable? Learning with them and from them about topics like Designing and Making Offers to Building Powerful Organizations.

The Aji Network delivers on its promise for learning unlike any other business course or university class I have taken. I do not benefit in any way from making that statement. I receive no referral fees should you sign up with the Aji Network. I have simply not found ANYTHING like this in the marketplace and HIGHLY recommend this to ambitious businesspeople who know they must have a competitive advantage to survive in this new economy.

What are you doing to stay educated?

Vince, I must have missed you at the recent conference in San Francisco.

My experience with The Aji Network is similar to yours, though I have already completed the Business Professional’s Course and am currently in the LEIP program.

Today, I hold the title of Strategic Business Development Manager with Sypris Test & Measurement, in the role of an individual contributor. Basically, I with the help of a serious team of professionals, produce new revenue with existing customers in new geographies and produce revenue with new customers in targeted market segments that we anticipate will have both higher revenue spend rates, producing higher gross profit margins and where the quality of our service is important to our customers and to our customer’s customers.

My accomplishments are similar to what you are experiencing too and are what many experience with The Aji Network. Currently, I regularly exceed my annual targeted revenue performance by 20% to 50% – in a period of a down economy, remember – and am often the first point of engagement with high value customers that are strategically aligned across multiple business units.

Because of the uncommon learning with The Aji Network, I have made offers to my company that ultimately increased my earnings 80% and helped me be promoted twice; I have constituted two new businesses that will launch in 2010; I have had the opportunity to engage with a network of purposeful, ambitious businesspeople that I both ask for help from and readily give help to; and I am in a situation where I am producing my ultimate ambition with the velocity it requires. I find the practices of the conferences help me get out of my labor mindset and produce the reflection and the learning required to keep me oriented towards producing my ambition of having my life turn out the way I am designing it to turn out. The uncommon component are that these accomplishments were produced in a period of significant economic contraction, where many of my peers were taking pay cuts, being laid off or were producing significantly less income for them and their families. For me, The Aji Network has helped me look to the future – a future that I create and that is grounded in reality- oriented to really live a good life with my family – and producing powerful practices to help take care of the whole of my concerns. I attribute this success to the uncommon knowledge produced with The Aji Network.

When I started the BPC, I was cynical and arrogant about my life turning out the way I wanted. However, with the uncommon learning The Aji Network provides, it helps me notice my moods to keep me out of inappropriate ones and I am producing my ambition with the velocity it requires to really live a good life now, over my career and in retirement. It sounds like The Aji Network has had the same impact on you that it has had on me, and on the many professional and ambitious businesspeople that have transacted with them, and have been satisfied with the results they have produced with their own ambition.

I will look for you at the next conference to check in with you again.

    Very best regards,

    John Harms

    John,

    Thank you for the comment!

What I also like about the group is that it isn’t just an exchange of business cards. I study with many people who are very successful and even some from Fortune 50 companies. There is really nothing like this that I have found.

I will seek you out as well and look forward to the check-in!

    Vince,
Well done in what and how you stated your work in The AjiNetwork (TAN). And nice meeting you at ANC 2010.

I am the CEO and President of Doyle Construction Inc. (DCI), based in Fremont, CA. I have been consistently involved with The Aji Network (TAN) since 2001.

Initially, I was skeptical of TAN, but I knew that I needed help. Thus began my acceptance of working with TAN and a journey of reading papers, listening to talks and attending conferences, which I deeply appreciate. With my work in TAN, I have been able to think, invent and produce superior offers. All of this is enabling me to earn, save and invest enough money to survive, be free and live a good life!

My results have been significant. First of all, I doubled my income in the first three years of my work. Secondly, my company’s revenue has quadrupled. There are no other courses or discourses that I know of that produce results such as these. Last, but certainly not least, I am MUCH more happy and peaceful, knowing that my future will turn out.

Time. As we have continually learned in TAN, you and I MUST work with velocity. There are ONLY 24 hours in a day and we can only work as long as our bodies hold out. Therefore we cannot wait to “get started”. We need to act now.

I invite you to log on to http://www.theajinetwork.com/visitors.php and view the “Are You ‘on track’?” section. It will help you as you plan for your future.

    Sincerely,

    David E. Doyle

    David,

Thank you for stopping by and providing your comments.

You see it too, eh? The Aji Network is unlike anything else I am seeing. I have looked exhaustively for the meaningful and consequential help I must have to live a good life.

I look forward to talking with you again about our ambitions.
