My take on the Chris Brogan keynote:
Produce satisfaction all the time every time. Think of how to help people who can and do help us. When you talk to people, think about the interpretation you wish to produce.
Listening, connecting and publishing is social media.
Take care of others. Use social media to take care of others. Talk about their stuff. Database is gold and take care of those in it.
